Six Forty-Five, LLC (“6:45,” “we,” “us”) operates six45.co. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Orders: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the products you buy.
Messages: anything you send through our contact form or to hello@six45.co.
Email list: your email address when you join 6:45.
Beyond 6:45 applications: the applicant’s name, age, contact details, and application responses, plus a parent or guardian’s name, contact details, and consent.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s checkout and its payment partners, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our website platform, Squarespace, collects basic information such as your browser, device, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. Our advertising partners, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, also collect information through small pieces of code called pixels, such as the pages you view, items you add to your cart, and purchases you make. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we share your information
We share information only with the partners who help us run 6:45:
Squarespace: hosts our website, store, and email list.
Selfnamed: makes and ships our products. They receive your name, shipping address, and order details to fulfill your order.
Shipping carriers: deliver your order.
Payment providers: process your payment.
Advertising partners: Meta and TikTok receive information from their pixels on our site, such as pages viewed and purchases, to help us measure our ads and show 6:45 ads to you and people with similar interests.
Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under some state privacy laws, sharing information with advertising partners through pixels may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out at any time (see “Your advertising choices” below). Advertising pixels are not used on our Beyond 6:45 application pages, and application information is never shared with advertising partners.
Cookies
Cookies help our site work, remember your cart, show us how visitors use the site, and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, like checkout, may not work without them. Visitors in the UK, EU, Norway, and Switzerland are asked for consent before advertising cookies are used.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We’ll still send emails about your orders.
Children & Teens
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our store. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Beyond 6:45 applications
Applications for applicants under 13 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
Every applicant under 18 needs a parent or guardian’s consent and contact information.
We use application information only to review applications, contact applicants and their families, and run the program. We do not use it for marketing.
Photos, videos, or stories from selected applicants are shared only with permission, and with parent or guardian consent for anyone under 18.
Parents and guardians can ask to review or delete their child’s information at any time by emailing hello@six45.co.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Beyond 6:45 applications that are not selected are deleted after 12 months.
How we Protect information
We use trusted platforms with industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Customers outside the United States
6:45 is based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you live in the UK, EU, Norway, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

We process your information to fulfill your orders, with your consent (including for advertising cookies), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests, such as improving our site.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of its sale or sharing for advertising. To make a request, email hello@six45.co. We will respond within the time required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
