Orders & Shipping

  • We charge one flat shipping rate per order, no matter how many items you buy:

    • United States: $10.95 (2–7 business days)

    • European Union: $15.95 (5–12 business days)

    • United Kingdom: $15.95 (5–10 business days)

    • Norway & Switzerland: $20.95 (5–8 business days)

    Your total shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

    We’re currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO/FPO military addresses.

  • Each 6:45 order is prepared especially for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

  • We start preparing your order right away, so we’re not able to change or cancel it once it’s placed. If you spot a mistake, email hello@six45.co within 24 hours with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Flexible payment options, including Afterpay and Klarna, may also be available at checkout.

OUR PRODUCTS

  • 6:45 is skincare for teens and young adults. Our routines are simple and gentle, built for real mornings and real nights. There’s nothing to fix, just good habits worth starting. It starts at 6:45.

  • Our labels are color-coded so your routine is easy to follow:

    Blush labels with a sun are for your AM routine. Sage labels with a moon are for your PM routine.

    Taupe labels are for body care. Products that work morning and night carry both the sun and the moon.

  • Our formulas are made in Europe by a manufacturer certified to ISO 22716, the international standard for Good Manufacturing Practices in cosmetics.

  • Yes. Our products are never tested on animals. They’re made in the European Union, where testing cosmetics and cosmetic ingredients on animals is banned.

  • Many of our formulas are vegan. Vegan products are marked on their product pages.

  • Our formulas are built on ingredients of natural origin, and every product page lists the full ingredient list so you always know what you’re using.

    Many of our products are COSMOS certified by Ecocert, an international standard for natural and organic cosmetics. Certified products are marked on their product pages.

  • Always check the full ingredient list on the product page before you buy. Some of our products contain tree nut oils, including Bright Side, Golden Glow and Fresh Air, and this is noted on their product pages and packaging. Many of our formulas also contain fragrance or natural essential oils.

    If you have allergies or sensitive skin, patch test first: apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours. If you have questions about a specific ingredient, email us at hello@six45.co.

  • Stop using it and rinse the area with water. If irritation continues, check in with a doctor or dermatologist.

  • 6:45 products are cosmetics, not medications. They’re made to care for your skin, not to treat or diagnose any skin condition. For ongoing skin concerns, a dermatologist is the best person to talk to.

  • Look for the open-jar symbol on the packaging. The number inside (for example, 6M) tells you how many months the product is best used within after opening. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep lids closed.

    Beyond 6:45 is a program of Six Forty-Five, LLC, not a registered nonprofit, so purchases are not tax-deductible.
